HOW DO I BOOK

All pages have a Booking Form located at the bottom of the page. It is a simple form where you can provide details on your upcoming event, and after sending through we will be in contact with you in no time.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please let us know if you or any of your guests have dietary requirements or allergies well in advance.

It is possible for us to cater to these needs for a variety of intolerance's or allergies. However though we take extra care and safety precautions, we cannot guarantee 100% allergy free as we handle many foods within our kitchen and equipment used.

We take great care to ensure no foods are cross contaminated with products containing nuts, meat, lactose, gluten and seafood.​ 

​

Unfortunately, if using us for a grazing table, there is no guarantee that guests haven't cross contaminated once they begin grazing.  

​

Therefore we cannot properly accommodate for all allergies or intolerances on Grazing Tables, we can however, make up small platters to cater to a few guest dietary needs at no extra charge. Products included on these platters would be limited to those which are clearly labelled by manufacturers and therefore variety will be limited. 


Customers must understand that boxes and grazing table products are prepared in the same premises which repackage nut, gluten, lactose and seafood products.  If there is still something you specifically do not wish on the table however, please make sure you let us know.  


If you have guests who have allergies or intolerances, it is important to let them know that we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment, however we are very happy to speak with guests regarding our products and services.  

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All prepayments and deposits are returned if the event is cancelled by the CUSTOMER, the venue or by an act of God, 90 days or more, from the event date.

If the event is cancelled, thirty (30) days from the event date, all prepayments and deposits are returned to CUSTOMER (less 50%) of the deposit.

​

If the event is cancelled, within fourteen (14) days of the event date, all deposits and prepayments are forfeited in full. 

​

We have decided this due to poor repayment from customers in the past, so this is purely to avoid an unfair result, should something occur ending in cancellation. 

​

Despite the fine print for protective purposes we are very reasonable and open to discussion if something not mentioned above has occurred to cancel your event. Don't be too concerned, we understand changing circumstances, so provide your concerns from the beginning and we can implement back up scenarios to avoid food wastage in the case of a cancellation. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR TABLES

  • Sourcing of local quality produce, design and food preparation 

  • Bowls, Boards, Cheese Knifes and Props included - We just ask that you return everything to Munday's Catering within 3 business days of the function. We can always arrange pickup as well, just request this during your initial booking.

  • Delivery and setup is FREE if you are situated within 20km of Tumbarumba CBD. Please enquire about travel costs for outside this area when you make a booking request.

  • An additional $150 fee is applicable if setup or pick up of platters and/or hired items is required between the hours of 7pm and 7am or $90 for next day collection.

  • Hire of tables and other furniture can be included in your quote, subject to availability. We can hire out plates, cutlery and bowls depending on the amount of attendees.    

  • Each grazing table includes a Munday's Catering Coordinator to come to the event, they will bring and set up an array of beautiful locally sourced produce which takes between 1-3 hours (subject to size) to set up.  Table must be provided in cool area away from any direct sunlight, air-conditioning recommended in summertime.

HOW DOES THE FOOD KEEP FRESH AND COOL?

We keep all food cool during transport to venue.
Tables must be provided in a cool area away from direct sunlight, air conditioning in summer is recommended.
Food on the grazing table can be left out for 4 hours, and then must be disposed of.
We supply Shoo-away fly rappelers for each table.

DO YOU DELIVER BOXES AND HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR YOUR GRAZING TABLES

Boxes

Yes we do deliver our boxes , within 5km of Tumbarumba - FREE. 

Box delivery must be within 50km of Tumbarumba contact us for travel cost of boxes.

Tables

We will travel up to 2 hr from Tumbarumba for certain bookings, of course it wouldn't make sense to travel 2 hours for a small platter, so we consider each job on a case by case basis!
